Our method is simple
We want to make our designs and technology available to as many people as possible. Therefore, we have developed a pathway from quotation to post-purchase service in which our customers are continually guided.
At ANYWAYdoors, you can configure your ideal door to your liking online. Via the "Quotation Request" you can send in your configured door for an individual quotation including measuring, assembly and transportation costs.
Measuring
Each door is custom made and professionally measured. The effective time of measuring is determined by the chosen frame. So please inquire about the required preparation and finishing in good time. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you.
Custom production
Each door is custom-made in the production workshop in Massenhoven. The required production time is determined by the choice of materials and the desired product type. Count on an average of 12 to 14 working weeks after measuring.
Installation
Each door is installed by professional installation teams. ANYWAYdoors Massenhoven disposes of its own installation teams and additionally uses the qualified fitters of the official ANYWAYdoors partners. This way, we can guarantee a perfect service in the Benelux & Germany in terms of measuring, installation and after-sales service.
After-sales service
If you want to report a problem, you can easily submit an online request through the 'After-Sales Service' menu item. ANYWAYdoors offers a 5-year warranty on all specific 'ANYWAY' parts: door frame, locking technology, pivot hinges, door leaf assembly, door handles and factory assembly. You can find current rates on the 'After Sales Service' page.

However, working with AVC DOORS has been a total disaster… 0.0.0000 communication—never a reply to emails—and during installation, one profile was damaged… another six-week wait… In the meantime, we also reported that one rubber seal wasn’t working properly (Mr. Bruno
was going to pass it on to the installers). They came to install the last profile… didn’t even look at the rubber seal… so we had to report it again…Mr. Bruno replied, “They asked if everything was okay, didn’t they?”... Make sure everything Mr. Bruno promises is also put in writing via email!! Trust me!! He even had the baseboards cut here... even though he had clearly said that everything would be nicely painted in advance... Anyway, DOORS: Top

The doors were installed today, and the experience was a 10/10 from start to finish. We received excellent assistance in the store, along with clear and detailed explanations. The follow-up and any necessary adjustments were also handled correctly and with care. The installation itself was carried out very professionally: the workers were neat, efficient, and paid close attention to detail.
