PRICE ADJUSTMENTS, both in (+) and in (-) will be settled after final measurement or size quotation.

 

Adjustment clause after final measurement

All price quotations and orders prior to the final measurement and knowledge of all relevant data are made under reservation and are solely indicative. All our prices are custom calculated, which means they can only be fully correct once the production dimensions are known and after we have evaluated your specific architectural situation.

As soon as all production dimensions, finishes and site specifications are known, the final prices will be confirmed.
Taking into account the following items: size differences, changes in composition, extra options such as locks, etc...
Or other situation-related adjustments, e.g. extra finishing profiles.

Period of validity of sales prices

Quotation: 30 days

Order: 6 months (6 months counted from preparation of order form to measurement on site)

Delivery

8 - 12 working weeks after measurement; Subject to correct payment of the advance invoice and signing of the order form.

This period partly depends on the choice of materials made. The time limit is binding on both parties, except in cases of force majeure. If the customer rejects or postpones a delivery and/or assembly proposal due to ANYWAY, ANYWAY can no longer guarantee the maximum term. This is due to the practical optimisation of the installation schedule with regard to combination with other sites in your region.

Payment terms

When ordering: no deposit or deposit.

When measuring: 25% of the quotation/order form amount + VAT.

The materials for your file will only be ordered after receipt of payment in advance + signed order form.

Payment method: prepayment - bank draft - PC-banking proof of payment

Upon delivery/assembly: the final order form + VAT, minus any advance payment invoiced and already paid.

The balance is payable immediately after completion of the works.

ANYWAYdoors remains the owner of the goods until they have been paid in full.

In case of postponement of delivery/assembly: if the customer postpones the delivery/assembly, as a result of which a period of 16 weeks after measurement is exceeded, an additional advance invoice of 25% will be sent for every 4 weeks of additional postponement, until 75% of the total value has been reached. The remaining balance of 25% will be invoiced and settled upon actual delivery/assembly.

Incorrect or partial delivery/assembly: if the delivery/assembly is only partially carried out or an error is detected, the price of the defective item will be deducted from the balance to be paid as a deposit.

In case of unilateral cancellation of the signed offer/order form by the customer or ANYWAYdoors, 10% compensation of the value of the order must be paid with a minimum of 250 euros. Only in the event of force majeure or non-technical feasibility of a case, this compensation does not apply.

Without further notice of default, any late payment will be increased by a compensation of 10% on the invoice amount, combined with a conventional interest rate of 10% on an annual basis.

Warranty conditions

ANYWAY doors offers a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on all specific ANYWAY parts and materials.

0 - 2 years after installation date

Any adjustment, change of direction of rotation or adjustment of the hinge side are free of charge.

During this period, no travel costs and/or hourly rate will be charged for carrying out the work.

2 - 5 years after installation date

For each intervention, a travel cost* and hourly rate* are charged for carrying out the desired work.

These rates can be changed unilaterally.

More than 5 years after installation date (out of warranty period)

The cost price per intervention consists of a travel cost, an hourly rate and the cost of the required parts.

Please refer to the "Service and Warranty Conditions" document on our website www.anywaydoors.be for an up-to-date overview of the rates and available ANYWAY service parts. These rates can be changed unilaterally.

Glass: We recommend checking your home/fire insurance policy for the coverage of glass breakage, because safety glass is also damaged and/or breakable!

All parts or raw materials that are not in the system are subject to the respective warranty and standards of the respective manufacturer. All raw materials and suppliers selected by ANYWAY meet basic quality requirements.

Wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use and/or incorrect maintenance are not covered by any guarantee.

Important practical arrangements for a flawless process from order to installation 

Measurement:

  • If, upon arrival at the site of the end customer, the planned measurement cannot be carried out due to the negligence of the customer, ANYWAYdoors reserves the right to charge the end customer for the agreed travel and measurement costs as well as the resulting costs for additional site visits. (Not finished measuring due to but not exclusively: no plaster, no floor, ...)

Mounting:

  • The cost price of the lifting equipment and moving lifts is always at the expense of the end customer.
  • Parking in the immediate vicinity and easy access to the installation address must be ensured by the end customer upon delivery/assembly.
  • The end customer must ensure easy access to the work area. Sensitive objects in the vicinity of the work area, or on the route from the vehicle to the work area, must be shielded or removed. If ANYWAYdoors still has to carry out work for this, these will be invoiced at the applicable hourly rate included in our terms of service.
  • Demolition and/or modification work is always at the expense of the end customer. Such as, but not limited to: the removal or modification of existing door frames and door frames, floor and wall skirting boards, switch and lighting fixtures, etc. If these are to be carried out by ANYWAYdoors, they will be invoiced at the applicable hourly rates included in our terms of service.
  • ANYWAYdoors can never be held liable for damage to invisible items (e.g. pipes under a floor or behind a skirting board). If appropriate precautions are required, ANYWAYdoors must be informed in a timely manner and in writing. (E.g. position of underfloor heating pipes for determining pivot position).
  • The building must be moisture-free and heated to a minimum of 15°C during and after the installation of the doors, in order to ensure proper conditioning, adjustment and operation of the doors. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the cancellation of warranty coverage with regard to deformation and/or delamination.
  • ANYWAYdoors reserves the right to charge the end customer a fixed compensation of € 500 excl. VAT. VAT if the assembly cannot take place on the planned assembly date due to one of the following reasons:
    • Cancellation of the scheduled assembly date less than 72 hours in advance
    • Failure to provide the necessary moving lifts/lifting equipment
    • Not provided with the necessary parking
    • Site not ready for assembly due to but not exclusively: wet paint and/or plaster, absence of moving lift, structural works not finished,....

In its quotations, ANYWAYdoors offers a total package of measurement, transport and installation of the offered interior doors. The execution can be done by our own employees, subcontractors or ANYWAY partners. If the customer wishes to carry out the measurement, transport and installation himself, the costs of this will be waived and the customer will take 100% responsibility for each of these steps.

Disputes

All possible disputes and/or disputes, for which no mutual agreement can be reached between the parties, are governed by Belgian law and fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent Court in the district
