ANYWAY DOORS is looking for a (junior) process engineer

Since 1995, Anyway Doors has grown to become the Belgian benchmark in designer aluminum interior doors. We combine technical perfection with pure aesthetics. Every door is 100% custom-made thanks to our modular and unique concept. Our mission? To create functional beauty, with ultimate ease of use and top quality for every customer.

As a (Junior) Process Engineer, you will become a key figure in our production and process development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing and developing production and installation processes
• Coordinating production and site activities
• Monitoring quality & process documentation
• Performing tests and trial setups
• Working closely with design, production, and external partners
• Initiating improvement projects (quality management)
• Production preparation, planning & maintenance (depending on experience)
• Providing internal training on new processes
  

You are someone with sharp analytical skills, a passion for technology, and an eye for detail. You also take initiative, think critically, and work well with others in a dynamic environment.

In addition, you bring the following to the table:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical degree)
• First experience in a production environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in design and high-quality products
• Sense of accuracy, organization, and responsibility
