Every ANYWAY door is professionally measured and fully custom-made in our workshop in Massenhoven.

The average production time is approximately 8 to 12 business weeks after measurement, depending on the materials chosen and the type of door.

No. No prior installation in the floor or ceiling is required for any door type.

Swing doors
For door openings up to 1100 mm wide, the ANYWAY 'swing' hinge is used. This hinge is integrated invisibly into the door frame, not into the floor.

Pivot doors
For wider doors (door openings up to 2200 mm wide), our compact 'stealth pivot' hinges are used. The mechanism is fully built into the door leaf and is mounted on top of the finished floor and against the ceiling (or lintel), each time with two screws and anchors. A solid substrate is required.

The timing of the measurement depends on the chosen door frame or door type.

Sliding doors, doors with block frames, and frameless doors (Frame-A-Way):
- Measurements are taken once the door opening is fully finished, including jambs and floor finishing.

Doors with built-in frames:
- Phase 1: Frame measurement possible during the structural phase (before plastering)
- Phase 2: Door leaf measurement after frame installation, completion of plastering and flooring

Yes, that’s possible—provided you install it yourself.

If you opt for professional installation by ANYWAY, our specialist will always take the measurements. This ensures a perfect fit and proper technical installation.

All doors are custom-made in Belgium.

Both our production facility and our flagship store are located in Massenhoven, easily accessible via the E313 (Antwerp–Hasselt).

The prices in a quote remain valid for 30 days.

Prices on an order form remain valid for 6 months, starting from the date the order is placed until the measurement is taken.

Until the time of measurement, you can:
- change the door type
- adjust the finish options
- change the configuration

After measurement, the order form will be recalculated based on the final dimensions and finish options, using the price list valid on the order date.

A quote is always non-binding and free of charge.

Payment schedule:
- no deposit required at the time of order
- deposit (+/- 25%) upon measurement
- balance (+/- 75%) upon delivery or installation

Production of your interior doors begins after receipt of the deposit and your final approval of the order confirmation.

Please note: different payment terms may apply for purchases made through authorized ANYWAY partners.

Every door is custom-made in our workshop in Massenhoven. The delivery period begins once all final dimensions and finishes have been confirmed—usually after a professional measurement.

ANYWAY works with its own installation teams and—depending on your region—with certified partners.

If you choose to have your installation carried out by ANYWAY (or an official partner), a specialist will also take the measurements. This ensures a perfect fit, proper technical execution, and a long-lasting end result.

Yes, self-installation is possible. You can indicate this when requesting a quote or placing an order. In that case, no installation fees will be charged.

We offer a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on all specific ANYWAY parts and materials.

0–2 years after installation

- no travel costs

2–5 years after installation
- Service calls are still possible, but travel and labor will be charged at current rates.

After 5 years
Service calls are still possible. Costs consist of:
- travel expenses

- damage due to improper use
- damage due to improper maintenance

No. Glass breakage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We recommend checking your home or fire insurance policy—many policies cover glass breakage.

ANYWAYdoors uses only tempered safety glass, which greatly reduces the risk of glass breakage.

Solid door panels (HPL)
- clean with a damp microfiber cloth + all-purpose cleaner
- remove grease stains with isopropyl alcohol

Clear, tinted, acid-etched, or textured glass:
- microfiber cloth + water
- glass cleaner or warm soapy water for grease stains

Sandblasted glass
- just water + microfiber cloth
- thorough cleaning: 80% warm water + 20% vinegar
- do not use chemical glass cleaners

Aluminum profiles (anodized)
- clean with a damp microfiber cloth + all-purpose cleaner
- stubborn dirt: isopropyl alcohol or aluminum polish

ANYWHITE profiles (powder-coated, white)
- use plenty of water with a mild detergent
- rinse with clean water and dry with a soft, absorbent, lint-free cloth
- NEVER use abrasive, corrosive, or aggressive cleaning agents, and certainly no organic solvents (alcohol, ethers, chlorine, ... or similar compounds.)

Plastic profiles
- clean with a damp microfiber cloth and dry thoroughly
- soap or grease on the plastic profiles can cause a squeaking noise

Yes. Please send us an email with the following information:

We will then check if a suitable manual is available and send you the correct instructions.

No. Because each door is fully custom-made and the hinge position is permanently fixed, the height cannot be adjusted.

Alternatives
- adjust the door opening so the door can be installed higher
- have a new door panel made for the existing frame

You can easily request a quote for a new panel.

No. The door panel consists of a sturdy panel 45–50 mm thick, finished with HPL or Massiv.

This high-quality finish is:
- scratch-resistant
- easy to maintain
- antibacterial
- heat- and stain-resistant

Changing the color is not possible. However, a new door panel can be manufactured to fit your existing frame.

ANYWAY interior doors are finished on both sides with HPL or Resopal Massiv.

HPL/Massiv is a moisture-resistant and antibacterial material that, thanks to its protective top layer, is also resistant to stains, heat, and impacts. This finish results in a door that requires minimal painting, is extremely scratch-resistant, and is easy to maintain.

It is not recommended to paint or varnish this material, as doing so will negate the benefits of this durable finish.
