We’re super happy with our two sliding doors!! Perfectly custom-made! However, working with AVC DOORS has been a total disaster… 0.0.0000 communication—never a reply to emails—and during installation, one profile was damaged… another six-week wait… In the meantime, we also reported that one rubber seal wasn’t working properly (Mr. Bruno was going to pass it on to the installers). They came to install the last profile… didn’t even look at the rubber seal… so we had to report it again…Mr. Bruno replied, “They asked if everything was okay, didn’t they?”... Make sure everything Mr. Bruno promises is also put in writing via email!! Trust me!! He even had the baseboards cut here... even though he had clearly said that everything would be nicely painted in advance... Anyway, DOORS: Top AVC: FLOP
