The new pivoting hinges of Anyway are standard equipped with a built-in high-tech comfort lock, which actively works in both directions of rotation. The hinges make it possible to customise a glass door up to a maximum of 3000 mm x 2250 mm (depending on the type) and to operate it feather light. The Anyway philosophy allows the door to open in all possible directions. The hinges can be set up eccentrically pivoting or centrally pivoting as desired.

There is a wide choice of glass types so the door can be easily adapted to the desired style and environment. Clear glass or Dark Grey glass are popular, both being easy to maintain. Tempered glass creates privacy and still allows 80% of the light through.

This gives the glass higher bending strength and shock and thermal resistance. Toughened glass is up to 5 times stronger than standard glass. When broken, the glass fragments into small particles.
Toughened glass can be used as a stand-alone glass volume without a frame or with an aluminium frame as edge protection, whereby the frame around the glass also serves as an acoustic and thermal barrier. The result is a perfectly sealed unit that still offers transparency between the different rooms.
In addition to the common matt glass types, such as acidified or sandblasted glass, special glass options are also offered, such as grey or dark grey glass, both semi-transparent and acidified, which combines beautifully with a black aluminium frame.
Acidified glass is treated with a caustic liquid. This mats the glass on one side by etching a fine structure into it without pores. So it is relatively easy to maintain and no further after-treatments are required. Cleaning can be done with any product except corrosive and abrasive ones. A high-quality microfibre cloth with water is usually sufficient. This toughened glass type is applied in different thicknesses depending on the chosen door.
Stealth Pivot NL is designed for door leaves up to 1250 mm wide. The vertical axis position can be positioned from 85 mm to 1/2 of the door leaf edge.
Stealth Pivot XL is designed for door leaves up to 2250 mm wide. The vertical axis position can be positioned from +- 1/4 to 1/2 of the door leaf edge.
The compact hinge technology is fully integrated into the door panel and requires only 45 mm deep anchoring in the floor and ceiling (2 screws each). The installation takes place in a completely finished door opening, so no installation techniques need to be incorporated beforehand. The hinge can be used in new buildings as well as in renovations, if the floor construction allows it.
