As a member of a small, dynamic, and highly motivated team, you’re the energetic go-getter. With your enthusiasm, creativity, and eye for design, you—along with your team—will be the main point of contact for customers visiting the ANYWAYdoors Flagship Store.
You are responsible for
- Welcoming and advising customers, both in the showroom and via email or phone
- Preparing quotes and orders, 3D visualizations
- Following up on your quotes and customer interactions
- Maintaining the store display
What's your superpower?
You are a salesperson through and through. You find great satisfaction in advising customers on their specific door needs and closing the sale.
- You have an excellent business sense. You identify opportunities and needs among customers and respond to them.
- You have a passion for and knowledge of design, interior design, and home decor. You truly enjoy advising customers on these topics and helping them make their choices.
- You are familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of SketchUp is a plus.
- You enjoy seeing customers. You listen attentively to the customer and respond diplomatically, yet assertively and with a focus on the customer.
- You can handle stress well and adapt easily to changing circumstances and customer requests.
- You’re a stickler for detail and love to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. You digitize, process, and review quotes and orders in detail, ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied.
- You communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner.
- You're a true team player and enjoy working with others.
- You are empathetic and good at multitasking.
- You’re a natural communicator in Dutch and can express yourself well in French (and preferably also in English and/or German). Or you’re willing to take additional training in these areas.
- You have a Class B driver's license
- You work on Saturdays and have one or more days off during the week.
