Modern bespoke pivot doors

Pivot doors from Anyway Doors are made to measure with maintenance-friendly, high-tech and stable materials. The built-in pivot hinges without built-in elements in the floor or ceiling guarantee easy mounting. The pivot doors were specifically developed to be used in both new buildings and renovation projects, irrespective of the floor construction. The invisible pivot hinges are mounted on top of the floor, even with underfloor heating.

Customisation makes it possible to create panels of up to 4.5 m² and up to 150 kg with this system, depending on the chosen composition and available finishes.

The Belgian manufacturer Anyway Doors focuses on innovative door systems with functional added value. The new pivot hinges are completely invisibly integrated in the door panel. Fastening is done on top of the finished floor, without floor springs or built-in elements! The minimum floor anchoring with two bolts is about 4.5 cm deep and also makes the system possible over floor heating. The pivot hinges have a built-in high-tech locking system that allows the door to open in all directions.

The pivot door can optionally swing in both directions or be limited to one swing side. In the case of a central pivot door, the door can rotate infinitely in all directions. A built-in lock leaves the pivot door open automatically at 90°.

The built-in pivot hinge can be positioned eccentrically or centrally as required. The minimum distance between the pivot point and the wall is 85 mm. With large eccentric pivot doors, the pivot hinges are positioned at 1/3 proportion. With a central pivot door, the door leaf is perfectly balanced and can rotate infinitely around its axis. This is the most child-friendly arrangement. With an eccentric pivot door, a dangerous leverage effect occurs on the short side of the door. With small children in the house, you must therefore be careful with this leverage effect!

Ready-made pivot doors with colour or wood finish.

Customisation is already a strong starting point when it comes to pivot doors. There is a choice of fully finished panels with a solid colour or wood finish. All pivot doors are ready-made with a Resopal "Massiv" end finish (stable and maintenance-friendly). On the inside of the pivot doors is an aluminium frame that guarantees the stability of the panel. The Resopal colour selection offers a wide choice of 35 different colours and wood finishes.

A glass pivot door can be made in various versions. You can choose between a 10 mm thick glass plate with a stylish horizontal block at the top and bottom in which pivot hinges are concealed or an aluminium frame in which one or more glass plates have been processed. The glass pivot doors with an aluminium frame provide an improved seal against drafts, acoustics and heat.

The aluminium frame around the glass, as well as the various frames, can be made of either natural aluminium or black anodised aluminium. In terms of glass, there are various choices: from clear, coloured, acidified or sandblasted to lacquered high-gloss (white/black/grey) options.

Unlike a classic pivot door with floor spring, the Anyway Doors made-to-measure pivot doors always have a visible or invisible aluminium frame around the door (natural or black). The pivot hinges are mounted at the top in this frame. In combination with the unique closing technique, the minimalist frames provide a perfect seal around the pivot door against drafts, acoustics and heat loss.

A traditional pivot door on a pin or floor spring has a large gap (read: minimum 10 mm) around the door leaf. Anyway doors are also equipped with invisible integrated ventilation so that your pivot door complies with the prescribed ventilation standards.
